2. Do you print for schools, churches, business, teams, or clubs?
Yes, we print for all types of clubs, churches, schools, teams, and businesses.
3. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
4. What are the terms for payment?
Due to the custom orders we fulfill, we require a minimum of a 50% deposit on all orders with the balance due upon delivery, unless other arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ChasePay, cash, and business checks.
5. Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal and ChasePay.
6. Why is a deposit required for all orders?
We custom print or custom cut all orders tailored to your needs.
7. What is contract printing?
Contract printing is when another business or distributor contracts us to print on their goods for resale.
8. Do you sponsor race teams? What packages do you offer?
Yes, we LOVE to sponsor race teams! We discount shirts, hats, decals, hero/driver cards, wraps, decals, and more! Just ask or fill out the sponsorship form, we want to be on your racecar!
9. Do you sponsor community events?
We are involved in community events and sponsor them in the same manner as our race team packages. The sponsorship application form for the race teams can be used for other team sports or events. We encourage community involvement and look forward to hearing/helping with your next event!
10. I have a rush order, can you get it done on my timeline?
It really depends on the order specifics. Most of the time, we can fulfill rush orders, but there are times when things are out of our control. Please contact us to see how we can work together get your deadlines met.
11. What happens to misprinted shirts?
In rare occasions that misprints happen, we usually turn them into our shop rags if they are for a business or club. If they are a non-specific business or club, we donate them overseas with a missionary group to help citizens in impoverished countries. We believe community involvement can be local, regional, national, or global.
12. Does Twisted Grafix install the decals?
Most of the time we do install the decals. Sometimes customers prefer to do it themselves. Other times, we can't because of the distance between us and wherever the customer/job is located. After all, we do ship nationwide!
13. Do you wrap vehicles?
Yes, we can do simple or complex cut vinyl designs, printed half wraps, or printed full wraps.
14. Do you do color change wraps?
Yes, we can apply wrap material that is meant for color changes. We can wrap using a variety of colors, including metallics, brushed, carbon fiber, with gloss or matte finishes.
