Apparel Printing Methods for custom t shirts

Screen Printing

Connor Kosowski's K5 Motorsports shirts we printed. We're happy to have him & his team in the sponsorship program.

Screen printing on shirts is the most common method of printing that we use.  We have multiple presses and low 12 piece minimums.  We can print logos, designs, and images in standard chest, left/right chest, standard back, left/right sleeves, or sides.  Non-standard locations can be printed on upon request.  Simple or very complex graphic designs are common for us to print every day.   All of our inks are in 100% compliance of the CPSIA Federal Mandates.  Our inks are 100% phthalate free and are 100% safe for use on children and adult clothing products.

Oberle Racing hats we embroidered.

Embroidery is mainly used on hats, some apparel, and some bags.  Minimums are low at just 12 pieces for shirts, jackets, bags, and our domestic hat program, 144 for our offshore hat program.

Another of Connor Kosowski's shirts we did. This is a full color sublimation print on 100% polyester.

Sublimation Dye Printing is used on 100% polyester fabric.  It looks best on white or light colored items.  We can print other colors as long as the image is darker than the fabric.  Minimums are low at just 1 piece for any item that is sublimated in-house.  We also offer cut & sew apparel and all over sublimation for team shirts/uniforms.  Sublimation is not just limited to apparel.  We have a ton of products that can be sublimated like license plates, mugs, plaques, and koozies for example.
